Can you help me get out of my existing contract?
Sure! We can pay or contribute towards your contract buyout.
Is there a minimum number of handsets I must order?
No. We are as passionate about serving our sole traders as we are about serving our corporates. Our smallest customers have only one handset, our biggest have over 2,000.
Will I be allocated an account manager?
Yes! You will have a dedicated account manager who will be your point of contact throughout the contract. This eliminates the need to contact the network directly so no waiting on hold and speaking to a different person each time.
What is the difference between a ‘business’ contract and a ‘regular’ phone contract?
By having a business contract, you can benefit from discounted prices and multiple lines savings. It is also tax deductible.
If we change to another network, will we still be able to keep our business mobile numbers?
Yes. If you are out of contract you can change to another network and take your numbers with you. It is completely free, we simply ask you to request your PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) from your existing network. Once they have the PAC code, they do the rest. Please note, the code lasts for 30 days so please try and ensure that you provide it to us in good time.
